Job Context

    Healthy Choice Food & Beverage Ltd. is looking for considerable experienced Food Research & Development background candidate who has modest knowledge of the operation of Research & Development related activities of large Food factory. The person will be responsible to recipe plan, finished food quality parameter test, new invention, Research & Development of overall Food Products of the Company. We are seeking reputed food industry experienced dynamic candidates for the position of Manager – R &D. Candidates who consider themselves confident to independently work as Manager- R &D are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • To be responsible for research, planning, and implementing new programs and protocols for company and overseeing the development of new products.
  • Evaluating current and alternative food ingredients create product recipe and conduct sensory evaluation of new food products to ensure to meet customers’ needs and requirements.
  • Improving current products with regards to both cost & quality.
  • Conducting factory trials at various production facilities.
  • Maintaining the food quality and checking its processing and manufacturing.
  • To be responsible for ensuring that the food items are not harmful to health & high standard.
  • To apply scientific and engineering principles in research, development, production technology, quality control, packaging, processing, and utilization of foods: Conducts basic research, and new product research and development of foods.
  • To develop new and improved methods and systems for food processing, production, quality control, packaging, and distribution.
  • Monitoring current market trends via competitor market trips to predict future sales & marketing focus.
  • To study methods to improve quality of foods, such as flavor, color, texture, nutritional value, convenience, or physical, chemical, and microbiological composition of foods.
  • Testing new products and develops specific processing methods in laboratory pilot plant, and confers with process engineers, flavor experts, and packaging and marketing specialists to resolve problems & for satisfaction.
  • Ensuring all compliance with HES legislation & ISO standard.
  • Any other departmental works assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

  • Master of Science (MSc) / Bachelor of Science (BSc) in relevant subject.

Experience Requirements

  • 5 to 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 28 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Minimum 05-07 Years similar work Experience in well reputed Industry.
  • Must have proven work history in – Food Industry.
  • An ability to work well under pressure.
  • Skilled Required: Food Industry.
  • Should have sound knowledge & proven track record in R &D.
